Shipping & Return Policy

For the self pick up order

We will charge 15% of restocking fee for any item returned and/or cancelled order with no open condition. We will charge 30% of restocking fee for any opened box. No returns for assembled cabinet and/or over 14 days after purchase. We also reserve the right to refuse any returned product after careful inspection.

For truck shipping order

We will not respond for the return order after buyer confirmed. Consignee need carefully check the shipment condition before accepted. Because all our shipment include Insurance for damage while transportation, you need to let the driver know as soon as you find out any broken surface, and let him sign on the paper with the condition description.

You can file a claim with the shipping company and get paid from damage items. The driver will not accept any broken box when they picked up from us and the surface must be nice without any broken or scratch, which means any damage box you find upon delivery was done during transportation.
